Young women won’t enter Sabarimala, govt’s decision not to file review plea is right: Vellappally

SNDP Yogam general secretary Vellappally Nadeshan has come forward saying that the petitioners who submitted the review pleas seeking to reconsider the Sabarimala verdict in the Supreme Court can now be happy as the court has decided to hear the pleas on January 22. “Everyone should look forward to the hearing on January 22. The government’s decision not to submit a review plea is correct.

Party members and devotees should keep decency. Even if the verdict has not been stayed, I think that young women won’t enter the temple. Those who say that the government took an adamant stand in the issue should undrstand that the situations were like that. People are saying that everything Pinarayi do is wrong. However, situations should be studied”, said Vellappally.
